The best place in Nelson (music, furniture, lights, everything is impecable) for enjoying the perfect gelato or sorbetto! Here you are not going to have any doubt of what flavour could try, because you can have a small taste of them before and also the servers are going to give you a story of each one. It's a fabulous place with amazing flavours and a five star attention for the servers.

This place has seriously the most delicious gelato I have ever had. Every flavour just tasted so real. Bananas foster and butter rum is what we landed on but oh man was it hard to choose. It’s such a cute little speakeasy themed gelato shop and it’s a must try if you’re in Nelson! Thanks Gina!

Best ice cream parlour I've ever been to, hands down. Everything, and I mean everything, is made from scratch by human hands and it shows. The service is amazing - they want you to try flavours until you find the best one for you. I think the sorbettos have strongest flavours, but the gelatos are creamier. Update: pumpkin spice cheese cake gelato has a strong flavour and perfect for fall. The decor is interesting and carefully themed. This place is a must go if you're in Nelson and craving something cold, tasty, and local. Hot drinks available, too!

5/5 🌟 This gelato place is a must-visit in Nelson, offering delicious, handcrafted gelato with a variety of classic and creative flavors that it will confused you what flavour to get 🤣 The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is cozy, and the portions are generous—all at a fair price. A perfect spot for a sweet treat!

I am one of Gina’s number one fan! Can’t you tell? I have more pictures of Gina’s gelato, cookies, brownies, store!! If people from other places would ask me what to visit, would always recommend Gina’s may it be, family, friends, colleagues, even strangers! Gelatos are AMAZING! If gelatos don’t contain lots of kcal I would eat them non stop!!! I have been going to Gina’s when it was a baby store. Probably January of 2021 was my first visit, they were still serving their gelatos in a small paper cup and are probably selling 8-10 flavors(?) gina was the only one serving and making gelato. It was me and my friends from college getting a scoop even if it was winter 😅 we chatted and from there we were like her regulars. i think I had their stratciatella, it is TO DIE FOR!! I had a cookie as well, oh the COOKIE!! It was still the same CRUNCHY YET SOFT CHUNKIE FULL OF CHOCOLATEY COOKIE WHEN I LAST GOT THEM!! then little by little they expanded, they had cheesecake gelatos, brownies, they also had these beer flavored gelato one time and it was DELICIOUS!! Okay, okay, back to my review.. through the years, as the store was getting more and more famous, Gina was getting busy, she hired servers who can help her with the production! Kudos to all of you! Now that I moved to different city, i miss gina. her gelato, and THE COOKIE (will be buying dozens when i visit!) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ p.s. saw the La Rous Patisserie, but they were closed. will come back again to check it out next time. 🤗

The variety of flavors is incredible What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. The staff are super friendly, patient, and happy to offer samples to help you find your perfect flavor ,can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, which makes the experience even sweeter. Glacey was exceptional.

This place is a gem! Delicious house-made gelato and a fun, clean, classy, European vibe. The matcha flavour is my favorite so far. My only request: try doing an avocado flavour! :)

Best gelato I've had in a long while - strong flavours and great consistency. Unique atmosphere too - get to choose a to go or stay cup.

Super cute place with delicious gelatos. Can’t go wrong with their flavors! We loved their chocolate mocha brownie gelato. Great staff too.

I was visiting Nelson this summer, such a beautiful smaller town. After a day of hiking and a nice evening dinner, we wanted something sweet. We decided to try out Gina’s Gelato. It did not disappoint. With free samples of any flavor (and they’re all delicious). It was so hard to choose. It’s a cozy little spot with a retro look and feel. And Gina is the friendliest person you’ll meet. A must try if you are in Nelson. I suggest going every day, that way you can try all the flavors. I will definitely be going back when I go through Nelson
